Microsoft Boosts Enterprise Automation Capabilities with Azure Logic Apps Updates
At Integrate 2026, Microsoft unveiled significant updates to its Azure Logic Apps platform. The company has introduced a new managed offering called Logic Apps Automation, which simplifies the development and operation of enterprise automations.
The platform includes a dedicated automation portal, AI-assisted workflow authoring, and a fully managed infrastructure model that reduces complexity associated with integration projects.
Microsoft also announced Knowledge as a Service for Logic Apps, allowing organisations to prepare enterprise data for AI-driven scenarios without building complex ingestion and retrieval pipelines.
The Azure AI Foundry agent integration enables organisations to build, evaluate, and govern agents within Azure AI Foundry while using Logic Apps to orchestrate those agents in broader business processes.
