Microsoft Director Receives Grant of 4,405 Restricted Stock Units
Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) director Catherine MacGregor has received a grant of 4.405 restricted stock units (RSUs), each representing one share of Microsoft common stock, as part of her compensation package.
The RSUs are fully vested and will be delivered to MacGregor on the first anniversary after her separation from service on the Board of Directors.
MacGregor's direct holdings now include 2,389.162 restricted stock units tied to Microsoft common stock, while her directly held common stock position is zero shares.
