Many users reported being unable to log in to their accounts, while others experienced difficulties sending and receiving emails. Some users also reported issues with shared folders, including error messages such as 'Cannot expand the folder.'

One user described the situation as 'a standstill' for their department due to the outage. Another user reported experiencing an error page after login, with a message that read 'Something went wrong. Please try the recommended action below.'

Microsoft has not yet provided an explanation for the issue or indicated when it will be resolved.
