Nearly 6,000 users reported an outage for Outlook according to user-monitoring site Downdetector, citing issues with opening, searching, and sending emails.
Microsoft provided an update on their status from X, stating 'We're continuing to fine-tune our remediation strategy as our internal tests progress.'
The outage started in the late morning hours of Monday and has been affecting users since then. ChatGPT Work also experienced a partial outage during this time.
