Microsoft Promotes Jim McDonnell to VP of Strategy & Transformation

Microsoft has promoted Jim McDonnell to Vice President of Strategy and Transformation. The move comes after five years in his previous role as General Manager, Customer Advocacy at Microsoft.

McDonnell brings over 25 years of experience across various industries, including technology, digital innovation, business transformation, cloud services, healthcare technology, entrepreneurship, and product leadership.

He has been with Microsoft since September 2021 and will now focus on strategy and transformation, building on his career centered around creating new businesses, accelerating innovation, and translating technology into business outcomes.
