Microsoft has announced that it will begin limiting cloud gaming time for Xbox Game Pass subscribers starting in November. The company claims this is due to resources and the increasing cost of providing cloud gaming services as more people use them.

The limits will apply to all tiers of Game Pass, including Essential, Premium, and Ultimate. Specifically, the limits are:

Game Pass Ultimate: 15 hours per month

Game Pass Premium: 10 hours per month

Game Pass Essential: 5 hours per month

Microsoft states that gamers will be able to purchase additional time through paywalls if they want to continue playing beyond these limits. This move has sparked a negative response from gamers, with many expressing their dissatisfaction and threatening to leave the service.
