Microsoft Stock Sees Strong Earnings Growth, Analysts Raise Price Targets
Microsoft's (MSFT) stock price has been rising since its July 29 earnings release, but investors can still find ways to buy into the company at a lower price. One strategy is to sell short near-term out-of-the-money put options.
Analysts have increased their revenue forecasts for Microsoft, with estimates suggesting revenue will reach $391.17 billion by June 30, 2027, and $468.37 billion by June 2028.
This growth in revenue is expected to translate into strong free cash flow (FCF), potentially reaching $241 billion this year and $96 billion next year.
