Mina and English Unite for Exclusive Food & Wine Tasting Experience

Two of the culinary world's most celebrated chefs are joining forces for an exclusive tasting experience at this year's Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic. James Beard Award-winning chefs Michael Mina and Todd English will collaborate on a special event featuring ten carefully crafted courses, paired with beverage selections from around the world.

The exclusive tasting experience is scheduled to take place on Saturday, November 21, from 3:30-5 p.m. for a limited number of guests. During the intimate and interactive setting, Mina and English will share stories behind their creations and discuss how their personal heritage and global travels have influenced their culinary philosophies.

Mina's tasting menu includes dishes such as marinated big-eye tuna with crispy falafel, chilled lobster and mango salad, and triple-seared Wagyu striploin. English's menu features brown butter miso poached lobster, pan-seared Nantucket scallops, and roasted Chilean sea bass.

Tickets for the tasting experience are $295 per person and can be purchased at FoodAndWineClassic.com. Space is limited, so guests are encouraged to book their tickets in advance.
