MINA Group Expands Florida Presence with Bourbon Steak Opening
The MINA Group has expanded its presence in Central Florida by opening a new location of Bourbon Steak at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin resort. The restaurant, located in Lake Buena Vista, is the 10th Bourbon Steak location operated by The MINA Group.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on July 24, followed by a public opening two days later on July 26. The new location offers a modern steakhouse dining area, specialty food offerings, and a dedicated wine and cocktail program.
The menu features Wagyu and dry-aged steaks alongside seafood and other specialty dishes. Menu items include tuna tartare, black truffle agnolotti, hay-smoked tomahawk ribeye, Maine lobster pot pie, and miso-broiled sea bass.
