Monstropolis Roller Coaster Track Arrives Near Disney's Hollywood Studios

A new shipment of track pieces has arrived at the Monstropolis roller coaster construction site near Disney's Hollywood Studios. The white, curved cylinders are distinct from the boxier track pieces already installed and are a key component of the suspended coaster design.

Located in the Cast Member parking lot just outside the former Muppets Courtyard, the construction area has seen significant progress since June, when the first track pieces were raised. The scissor lift and small crane near the new track pieces suggest that crews are preparing to install them soon.

The Monstropolis roller coaster is planned for a phased opening beginning in 2027, with the coaster itself debuting at a later date. This latest development brings the project closer to reality, and fans of Disney's Hollywood Studios can look forward to experiencing this unique attraction soon.
