Monstropolis Takes Shape at Disney's Hollywood Studios

Disney's Hollywood Studios is undergoing a massive transformation with the construction of Monstropolis, a new land themed around Pixar's Monsters, Inc. franchise.

The land will open in phases, with most of it welcoming guests in 2027 before the highly anticipated door coaster, which will be Disney's first suspended coaster and feature a vertical lift.

New aerial photos show that while progress has been made, there is still extensive work to be done on infrastructure, landscaping, and finishing details.
