Morgan Stanley Sees Amazon Stock Soaring Past $335

Morgan Stanley has revised its price target for Amazon's stock after the company's recent earnings call. The firm is now forecasting a $335 price point, up from its previous estimate of $330.

This increase in price target is based on Amazon's updated projection for AWS revenue growth. Management has revised their earlier estimate, which predicted that AWS would become a few hundred billion dollar business, to a more ambitious goal: at least double that amount, and possibly reaching $1 trillion annually. This new estimate has been met with excitement from investors, who see the potential for significant profits.

Morgan Stanley's analysts have built a model around this projection, assuming that AWS will reach $1 trillion in revenue by 2035 under their base case scenario. However, if monetization rates rise faster than expected, they estimate that AWS could hit this milestone as early as 2034.
