Honeywell Aerospace Inc.'s (HONA) stock has seen a decline of around 27% since its spinoff on June 29. However, Morgan Stanley believes this selloff creates an attractive entry point for investors.

The investment bank upgraded HONA to Overweight from Equal-weight and maintained its $205 price target. According to Morgan Stanley, the stock's recent decline is due to lingering supply-chain and execution risks.

Morgan Stanley stated that despite these concerns, the current market situation makes it an attractive time for investors to enter the market.
