Morris County Sheriff's Office Promotes Andrew Ledet to Sergeant
Andrew Ledet has been promoted to sergeant in the Morris County Sheriff's Office. Ledet joined law enforcement in 2017 as a member of the Morris County Park Police, where he graduated from the Morris County Public Safety Training Academy after completing his training.
Before becoming a police officer, Ledet had a diverse background, including working as a computer programmer for UnitedHealth Group and playing Division I football at Wagner College in Staten Island, New York. He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and a minor in physics.
Ledet's experience in technology and athletics reflects his commitment to leadership and public service. As a member of the Crisis Intervention Team and as a field training officer, he has demonstrated his dedication to continued professional development.
