A recent stock analysis by The Motley Fool suggests that Amazon's latest performance has enthused investors.

The 'Double Down' signal, which previously flashed for Nvidia in 2009, is now flashing again for a company one-hundredth the size of Nvidia, according to Parkev Tatevosian, CFA.

Motley Fool's Stock Advisor analyst team has identified what they believe are the top 10 stocks for investors to buy now, and Amazon wasn't included on the list. The 10 recommended stocks have an average return of 953%, outperforming the S&P 500 by 739%.

The Motley Fool notes that if you invested $1,000 in Netflix when it was added to the Stock Advisor list in December 2004, you'd now have approximately $397,405. Similarly, investing $1,000 in Nvidia at the time of its recommendation in April 2005 would have yielded $1,344,091 by August 2026.
