Mufg Securities Boosts Stake in Visa with Additional Shares Purchase

Mufg Securities Americas Inc., an institutional investor, raised its stake in Visa Inc. (NYSE: V) by 7.5% during the second quarter.

According to a recent 13F filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Mufg Securities Americas Inc. purchased an additional 3,481 shares of Visa's stock, bringing its total holdings in the credit-card processor to 49,988 shares.
