Munster Hails Cook's Commitment to Doing Good Amid Meteoric Success
Gene Munster, Managing Partner of Deepwater Asset Management, has praised Tim Cook's leadership at Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL), highlighting his ability to achieve 'meteoric success' while remaining committed to doing good for both the company and the world.
Munster noted that under Cook's guidance, Apple's market capitalization expanded from $350 billion to around $4.6 trillion over 15 years. He also recognized Cook's business accomplishments, including transforming Services into a significant segment of Apple's revenue and boosting profitability through improved gross margins.
Cook's success in navigating geopolitics was another key aspect of his leadership, according to Munster. The investor pointed out that Cook had established a direct relationship with the White House during President Donald Trump's first term and maintained strong relationships with Chinese leadership.
