Nagel-Group Adopts Microsoft 365 E7 for Enhanced AI Capabilities
The Nagel-Group has partnered with Microsoft to implement Microsoft 365 E7 across their operations. This new platform integrates AI, security, and compliance into a single suite.
Nagel-Group CEO Lars-Erik Poths emphasized the importance of AI in further developing processes and supporting employees. 'Artificial Intelligence is a central lever for us to further develop processes, support our employees in their daily work, and provide our customers with even more targeted added value in their supply chains,' he explained.
The company has already gained experience with generative AI through its participation in the Microsoft 365 Copilot Early Access Program. This led to the development of concrete applications within an internal AI community, including customer revenue forecasts and intelligent refrigeration system control.
