NAM Expands Cargo Fleet with Fifth Boeing 747 Freight

A Boeing 747-400BCF has joined Network Airline Management's cargo fleet, becoming its fifth freighter. The aircraft, registered 9H-AKA, was previously flown by Saudia and EVA Air.

The 31-year-old plane has a long history, having been used as a commercial jet for EVA Air from 1995 to 2009 before being converted into a Boeing 747-400M (combi). It then flew as a freighter for EVA Air and later for Saudia Cargo and Air Atlanta Icelandic.

Now operated by Air Atlanta Europe, the aircraft has recently flown to N'Djamena International Airport and Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Network Airline Management confirmed that the plane will operate out of its primary hub at Liege Airport in Belgium.
