Navan CEO Ariel Cohen spoke at Goldman Sachs Communacopia + Technology Conference 2026, outlining the company's push into AI-driven travel, meetings and expense management.

The company raised its fiscal 2027 revenue growth guidance to 32% year over year from 31%, citing strong growth in areas such as sales-led growth and product-led growth. New signed GBV reached $4 billion in the trailing 12 months, up 60% from a year earlier.

The company also announced the acquisition of BoomPop, an AI-native meetings and events platform, to expand into meetings and events, which represents about 30% of the top of travel. Navan said its proprietary model now handles 50% of all Ava interactions, up from lower levels eight to nine months ago.

Cohen emphasized that AI is a competitive advantage for Navan, not just a way to expand the market, and highlighted the company's supplier integrations and complex data handling. The acquisition of BoomPop is expected to be accretive in fiscal 2028 and have minimal impact in fiscal 2027.
