Nebius Earnings Preview: Goldman Sees $35.5 Billion Revenue Hike Amid Cramer Warning
Nebius Group NV (NASDAQ:NBIS) is on track to report its second-quarter earnings, and investors are bracing for a contrast between Goldman Sachs' optimistic forecast and Jim Cramer's warning about margin trading risks.
Goldman Sachs has raised its revenue estimate for Nebius to $35.5 billion by 2030, representing a 61% increase from the previous forecast of $22.1 billion. This revision reflects the company's significant AI infrastructure contracts, including a record-breaking $27 billion agreement with Meta Platforms Inc.
Nebius' CEO Arkady Volozh highlighted the demand for its services, noting that there are typically 'several customers competing for every GPU we bring online.'
However, Cramer has cautioned investors about the risks of margin trading in the AI infrastructure space. He warned on CNBC that those using leverage to buy data-center stocks should sell immediately.
