Nebraska Trust Co Invests Big in Goldman Sachs

First Nebraska Trust Co has made a new investment in The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE:GS) by purchasing 1,240 shares of its stock during the first quarter.

The purchase was valued at approximately $1,049,000 and marks the firm's entry into the market as an investor in Goldman Sachs.

According to SEC filings, several other hedge funds and institutional investors have also modified their holdings of Goldman Sachs' stock recently, including Turim 21 Investimentos Ltda., Garton & Associates Financial Advisors LLC, Manning & Napier Advisors LLC, Steph & Co., and Lifetime Wealth Management P.C.

As a result of these changes, 71.21% of Goldman Sachs' stock is now owned by institutional investors and hedge funds.
