Neon One Customers Hit by Klue-Linked Data Breach
Neon One, a software company based in Chicago, has announced a data breach affecting its customers. The incident occurred between June 11 and June 12, 2026, due to unauthorized access by a third-party vendor called Klue.
Klue provides integration services for Neon One's Salesforce customer relationship management software. However, the security incident at Klue resulted in unauthorized access to some personal information of Neon One's customers.
Neon One became aware of the incident on June 16, 2026, and immediately contained it. The company mailed notification letters to affected consumers on July 31, 2026, stating that personal information was accessed during the breach.
In response to the data breach, Neon One is offering a complimentary 24-month membership to Experian IdentityWorks. Affected individuals can enroll online using their activation code or contact Experian's customer care team for assistance by October 31, 2026.
