Netflix Delves into Family-Friendly Content with Stacked September Lineup
With kids back in school, parents are looking for ways to occupy their time. Netflix has stepped up to the challenge by releasing a stacked September lineup of new family-friendly movies and shows.
The streamer will drop two curated back-to-school playlists on Sept. 8: The All-Star Preschool Playlist and The Ultimate Kids Playlist. These playlists include episodes from popular children's shows like Gabby's Dollhouse, Ms. Rachel, and My Sesame Street Friends: My Elmo.
Additionally, Netflix Playground will introduce new games this month, including My Hungry Caterpillar, PAW Patrol Academy, and Toca Boca Jr. Kitchen, an open-ended cooking game that allows kids to experiment with different recipes.
The highlight of the month includes a new season of Gabby's Dollhouse, Stranger Things: Tales From '85: Season 2, and Pokémon Horizons: Season 3, Rising Hope Part 4. Wonka's The Golden Ticket is also set to release on Sept. 23, where twelve Golden Ticket winners will compete for a life-changing prize.
Rounding out the month are new movies like LEGO One Piece, Storm on Sesame Street, and classic films such as 17 Again, Antz, and Jaws.
