New Walk-Up Bar Opens at EPCOT's Germany Pavilion Amidst Construction
Walt Disney World's EPCOT is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike. The park is constantly undergoing renovations to improve the guest experience, and recent construction has brought about some temporary changes to the Germany Pavilion.
The pavilion itself remains open, with guests able to explore the shops, grab food, and enjoy the atmosphere. However, parts of the area look a bit different due to ongoing refurbishment work, including closed sections and blocked entrances.
Despite these challenges, Disney has added a new walk-up bar near Sommerfest, giving guests another convenient spot to grab a drink while navigating the pavilion. The bar serves several German beer options, including Schöfferhofer Grapefruit Hefeweizen, Bitburger Premium Pilsner, and Warsteiner Dunkel.
The timing of this new addition is particularly useful as EPCOT prepares for its International Food & Wine Festival, which begins on August 27. The festival transforms the park into a global tasting tour, with guests able to sample food and beverages from around the world.
