Nike and Gatorade Release Bueckers-Inspired Collaborations

Nike and Gatorade are releasing collaborations with Paige Bueckers this week, inspired by her favorite drink, the Shirley Temple. The Nike GT Cut 4 basketball shoe will be released in a 'Shirley Buckets' colorway on Wednesday, featuring bright red and white colors that mirror the classic drink. The shoe includes a pair of cherries on the back heel.

Gatorade is re-releasing Paige's favorite flavor of their sports drink, with a player edition capsule available for $65. This capsule includes a Shirley Temple Gatorade bottle, a co-branded Nike shirt, and a towel.

The limited release was first introduced last season by Bueckers at a postgame press conference, where she debuted the flavor. The drink is associated with child actress Shirley Temple from the 1930s, who has since expressed her distaste for it.
