North Carolina Man Sought in Tazewell County Excavator Theft Case
A man from North Carolina is wanted in Tazewell County for allegedly stealing an excavator. The Tazewell Police Department has filed charges against Christopher Neil Coughenour, a white male with brown hair and eyes. He stands at 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.
The theft occurred on July 1 from the 1500 block of Fairgrounds Road in Tazewell. The stolen excavator is a 2011 Caterpillar 305.5 DCR model. Authorities have identified three other persons of interest who may be involved in the case.
