North Haven Resident Elizabeth 'Betty' Fiasconaro Passes Away
Elizabeth 'Betty' Stock Fiasconaro, a 90-year-old North Haven resident, passed away on September 12th, 2026, at The Landing with her family by her side. She was married to Raymond L. Fiasconaro for 67 years.
Born in New Haven on August 27th, 1936, Betty graduated from the former St. Mary's High School and worked for Waldbaum Stores for many years. In her free time, she enjoyed playing bingo, Mahjong, Rummikub, bocci, bowling, and knitting.
Betty was a member of several local organizations, including the Jolly Timers, the North Haven Senior Center, and the Saturday morning Seniors at McDonald's in North Haven. She is survived by her children, Daniel Fiasconaro (Lisa), Kathy Umlauf, and Stephen Fiasconaro (Lee Ann), as well as six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The visiting hours for Betty will be held on Thursday morning from 9:30 to 11:30 at The Havens Family North Haven Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will follow at St. Therese Church/St Pier Giorgio Frassati Parish, with interment in All Saints Cemetery.
