Nvidia and CrowdStrike Unveil AI-Powered Cyber Defense System
Nvidia and CrowdStrike have partnered to develop SafeMind, an AI-powered cyber defense system. The companies announced their collaboration at CrowdStrike's Fal.Con 2026 conference.
Jensen Huang, Nvidia's CEO, stated that cybersecurity is at an 'inflection point' due to the growing use of agentic AI for attacks. He warned that these attacks will increase exponentially and predicted a future where autonomous AI systems on both sides of an attack will engage in a kind of cyber arms race.
The SafeMind system combines two AI models: Blue Solano, designed for defensive cybersecurity, and Red Tempest, which simulates sophisticated attacks. These models operate against each other within a digital twin of an enterprise environment to improve the defensive system's ability to detect threats.
