Nvidia and Marvell Technology Show Distinct Revenue Trajectories Amid AI Boom
Nvidia and Marvell Technology are two companies at the forefront of the artificial intelligence (AI) sector, and their revenue trends provide valuable insights for investors.
According to data from company filings, Nvidia's revenue has accelerated significantly over the past year, reaching $81.6 billion in Q2 2026. This represents a 66% EBIT margin for the quarter ended April 26, 2026.
In contrast, Marvell Technology's revenue growth is more modest, but still steady, with $2.4 billion in Q2 2026. While Nvidia's dominance over the AI semiconductor chip market is evident from its much larger total sales, Marvell's consistent sales growth indicates demand for its solutions is growing.
The Japanese government recently partnered with Nvidia to launch a national infrastructure project, further highlighting the company's central role in the AI ecosystem. Meanwhile, Marvell's stock price soared to a 52-week high of $329.88 in June after it was added to the S&P 500 index.
