Nvidia App Update Brings Major Graphics Boost to Select Games

Nvidia has released an update for its app that brings two significant new features to users.

The first is support for DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction, which allows Nvidia App users to overwrite older versions of DLSS Ray Reconstruction in games and improve PC visuals.

This can result in less visual noise, fewer visual artifacts, and improved overall image quality in supported games with ray tracing or path tracing.

The second feature is Resizable BAR controls, which enables more efficient CPU-to-VRAM transfers and can deliver significant performance boosts in some games.

Nvidia uses a whitelist system for Resizable BAR, but users can enable it for some titles to get notable performance gains.
