Nvidia, AWS Unveil Plan for 2 Million More GPUs

AWS and Nvidia are expanding their partnership to deploy an additional 2 million GPUs across AWS's global infrastructure by 2027-2028.

This is a supplement to their earlier commitment of over 1 million Nvidia GPUs, which will be deployed starting in 2026.

The new capacity will use Nvidia's Blackwell Ultra, Rubin, and Rubin Ultra products, but the deployment timeline has not been specified.

AWS plans to integrate Nvidia components with AWS technology, including processors, memory links, and networking, as part of this expansion.
