Nvidia-Backed Zankore Secures $3.1 Billion Loan for Massive AI Factory

Zankore, an Indonesian AI infrastructure platform backed by Nvidia Corp., has secured a massive $3.1 billion loan to purchase Nvidia GPUs.

The deal is one of Asia's largest AI infrastructure financings and will fund the construction of an AI factory starting at 100 megawatts that can expand to 1 gigawatt.

Nvidia is sharing the credit risk through a revenue-sharing and credit-support arrangement, which allows smaller enterprises to access data center infrastructure on demand.

Zankore's chairman, Vikram Sinha, credits Nvidia for making the deal financeable, saying 'Nvidia is helping us to make it financeable.'
