Nvidia Crushes It Again: Revenue Soars 106%, Vera Rubin Drives Growth

Nvidia has once again delivered impressive results, with revenue growing by 106% year over year and 18% quarter over quarter to $96.2 billion.

The company's gross margin was a notable 75%, despite surging prices for memory chips.

Nvidia expects its gross margin to tick down to 74% in the upcoming third quarter of fiscal 2027, with revenue at $108 billion, up 12.3% quarter over quarter.

The results were driven by surging demand from hyperscalers, artificial intelligence (AI) labs, AI natives, enterprises, and sovereign customers.

Nvidia's CFO Colette Kress explained why Rubin is more profitable than previous platforms: 'Our ability to extreme co-design across GPU, CPU, NVLink scale-up networking, scale-out networking, systems, algorithms, and software enables us to deliver X factor performance gain every generation.'

Vera Rubin, Nvidia's rack-scale supercomputer platform, has ramped up into full production and is expected to account for 20% of the company's data center revenue in Q3.
