Nvidia Crushes Q4 Earnings: Revenue Skyrockets to $96 Billion
Nvidia's latest quarterly results show revenue growing by an impressive 106% year-over-year to $96 billion. This marks the fourth consecutive quarter of accelerating top-line growth, which is rare for a company with such a large revenue base.
Data center revenue reached $89 billion, up 117%, as demand for Nvidia's processors continues to outstrip its ability to supply them. The company's management forecasted revenue growth of roughly 70% for fiscal 2028, citing memory supply constraints. However, CEO Jensen Huang pointed out that the company's actual demand is much higher than this projected figure.
Nvidia is securing land, power, and financing to support a cloud backlog that now exceeds $2 trillion. The company is also helping its customers secure over $500 billion in capital from third parties through take-or-pay contracts, which guarantee minimum revenue for Nvidia. This model has proven successful, with the company earning not only from hardware sales but also from the rental upside.
