NVIDIA Director Sells 1.85M Shares Over Three Days

NVIDIA director Mark A. Stevens sold nearly 1.85 million shares of NVIDIA common stock between August 31 and September 2, 2026.

The sales were made through a trust called the Third Millennium Trust, which is co-owned by Stevens and his wife.

The shares were sold at weighted average prices ranging from $220 to $226 per share, with a total value of approximately $410.84 million.

After these transactions, Stevens retained large direct and indirect stakes in NVDA common stock, holding 11,544,612 shares directly and 15,017,750 shares indirectly through the Envy Trust.
