Nvidia Director Unloads $410M Stake, Retains Billion-Dollar Hold

Nvidia board member Mark Stevens sold nearly $410 million worth of stock in a series of transactions between August 31 and September 4, according to an SEC filing.

The director disposed of 1.85 million shares at prices ranging from $220 to $226 each, representing just 5.82% of his total Nvidia holdings.

Stevens still owns nearly 30 million shares valued at approximately $6.91 billion, leaving more than 94% of his stake intact.

The timing coincides with a strong run for the semiconductor giant, with Nvidia shares climbing about 10% since its second-quarter results in late August.
