Nvidia Eyes Massive Stake in Anthropic's Record-Breaking IPO
Nvidia is reportedly considering a massive investment in Anthropic's upcoming IPO, which could make it one of the largest stock market debuts ever.
The Reuters report states that Nvidia is looking to invest up to $10 billion as part of the deal, although the terms are still being worked out and could change. This would put Anthropic's valuation at around $2 trillion, making it comparable to some of the world's largest public companies.
Anthropic is seeking to raise as much as $100 billion in its IPO, which would be one of the largest listings this year. The company has already had a significant partnership with Nvidia, agreeing last November to invest up to $10 billion in Anthropic and committing to spend $30 billion on Microsoft's Azure cloud service.
