Nvidia Insiders Unload Millions in Largest Trade of Decade
Nvidia insiders have resumed selling shares after a two-month pause, and one of them made the largest trade of the decade on August 31.
According to an SEC filing, Director Mark Stevens sold over 1.8 million NVDA shares at an average price of $222.26, raising a total of $410.8 million.
This sale dwarfs every other Nvidia stock sale made by company executives and board members in the past decade.
Stevens' recent dump was almost as large as the combined value of all his market maneuvers related to NVDA equity done in 2026, accounting for 47.97% of all the money he raised from selling Nvidia stock this year.
