Nvidia Invests in Verily Health to Boost Healthcare AI Platforms
Nvidia has invested in Verily Health to advance its healthcare AI platforms. This strategic investment supports Verily's scaling of its data and AI precision health platform, Verily Pre, as well as growth of its patient-facing software, Verily Me.
The partnership will allow researchers using the platform to access NVIDIA AI libraries and frameworks, such as NeMo, Parabricks, RAPIDS, and NVIDIA B200 GPUs. This collaboration aims to improve computational speed in processing datasets and training models.
Verily has also developed a multimodal foundational model, Forecast 1.0, which combines genomics and electronic health record data to predict long-term health risks. With Nvidia's AI stack, Forecast 1.0 has achieved improved predictive performance and computational efficiency.
