Nvidia Corp. has started mass production of its Groq 3 LPX inference accelerator, a specialized AI system designed to speed up AI agent workloads, with Samsung Electronics Co.'s foundry playing a key role in this milestone.

This development marks a significant step for Samsung's foundry turnaround and highlights the growing importance of AI technology in the industry. Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang has also stated that his company is prepared to invest in South Korea's robotics and physical AI segments, further deepening its cooperation with Korean tech firms.

In related news, Naver Corp., a leading online platform operator in South Korea, is set to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary to sell AI computing services from data centers equipped with Nvidia processors. This move follows Nvidia's strategic investment of $1 billion in Naver for a 4.5% stake, as part of its efforts to expand its presence in the region.
