Nvidia Pours $3B into Texas Power Infrastructure with Lancium Deal
Nvidia is investing up to $3 billion in Lancium, a Texas-based developer of power infrastructure tied to the Stargate data-centre project.
The initial investment of $2 billion will give Nvidia roughly 20% of Lancium's ownership, with another $1 billion potentially following if grid-connection milestones are met.
Lancium currently has around 4 gigawatts of power under contract in Texas and is developing sites for up to 15 more gigawatts.
