NVIDIA 'Radically Cheap' Says Jim Cramer, Proposes $500 Billion Buyback
NVIDIA Corp. is at the center of the AI infrastructure boom, but market watchers believe investors still underestimate different parts of the company's strategy and long-term earnings potential.
Jim Cramer, host of 'Mad Money', believes NVIDIA's stock does not fully reflect its AI growth, profitability or expanding role in financing data center projects. He sees the company as 'radically cheap' at 23 times this year's earnings estimates and argues that it should follow Apple Inc.'s example by dramatically expanding share repurchases.
Cramer proposed a $500 billion buyback targeting roughly 10% of NVIDIA, saying, 'Right now, I believe there's no better investment for NVIDIA than NVIDIA.'
