Nvidia Seeks to Redefine AI Infrastructure as Income-Generating Asset
Nvidia's (NVDA) CEO Jensen Huang is pushing for AI infrastructure to be viewed as an income-generating asset. As part of this effort, Nvidia entered into a $500 million agreement with six major asset managers for an AI-financing plan.
Huang has been pitching the idea that AI factory platforms should be investible assets because they are productive, revenue-generating, and widely used by cloud service providers.
The company's computing infrastructure is seen as a key growth driver, with data center revenue up 95.8% year-over-year in the first half of FY27.
Nvidia's strong growth, robust margins, and swelling cash flows have led to a positive trend for NVDA stock, which has risen 18% in the past six months.
