Nvidia Sees 70% Revenue Growth as AI Dominance Continues
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang expressed confidence in his company's ability to maintain its record-breaking growth streak, predicting that revenue will increase by 70% next year. This would bring Nvidia's annual revenue to around $680 billion.
Huang attributed the company's success to its dominant position in the AI industry, with Nvidia being used by every major lab and having a foundational platform for the entire ecosystem. He claimed that Nvidia is embedded in every area of AI, from suppliers to data centers, and has visibility into all aspects of the market.
Huang also addressed concerns about circular deals, where Nvidia invests in companies that then purchase its products. He stated that these deals are not circular because they involve real contracts generating revenue from customers, with $100 billion worth of such contracts already in place.
