Nvidia Shares Slip Amid Reduced Price-to-Earnings Ratio
Nvidia's shares have been trading around $201 per share as of Monday, following a decline of 14.8% from their close on May 14.
The firm's price-to-earnings ratio has decreased by 22%, with estimates rising to $9.01 in fiscal 2027, up 8.8% from three months ago.
This reduced multiple does not indicate soft demand, as client budgets continue to grow and shareholders seek clear returns.
Nvidia's Data Center accounted for 92% of the company's revenue in its first quarter, totaling $81.6 billion, with annualized revenue reaching $326.4 billion.
