Nvidia Stock Price Poised for 135% Surge to $519 by End of 2028
Nvidia's GPUs continue to dominate the market, and the company's financial results have been on a blistering run. Since 2023, Nvidia's revenue has increased by 1,490%, and its net income has jumped by 4,120%. This growth has driven the stock up 1,410%, providing a windfall for shareholders.
However, investors had begun to wonder if these results were sustainable, as Nvidia's market cap has swelled to $5.33 trillion, making it the world's largest public company. But CEO Jensen Huang delivered the company's first annual forecast in its Q2 earnings report, and the numbers are staggering.
Nvidia expects revenue to grow by 70% in 2028, surpassing Wall Street's consensus estimate of 44% growth. If Nvidia can maintain its trailing-12-month profit margin of 64%, the company would generate profits of $447 billion or earnings per share (EPS) of $18.55.
Using these numbers as a starting point, we can estimate Nvidia's stock price by the end of next year. With a current P/E ratio of roughly 28, if it remains constant and the company generates the estimated profits, Nvidia's stock price is poised to rise 135% to $519 by the end of 2028.
