Nvidia's stock price rose by 1% on Tuesday after plummeting over 3% on Monday, as investors reassess the sustainability of heavy spending on AI infrastructure.

According to Jordan Cvetanovski, a fund manager at Pella Funds, Nvidia is not considered overly expensive when looking several years ahead. However, he expressed concern about the significant amount of capital accumulated in AI-focused stocks.

Cvetanovski's warning follows recent comments from executives at Anthropic and OpenAI, who called for a slower pace of AI development due to safety concerns. This added to existing questions facing the industry after months of heavy infrastructure investment.
