Nvidia Struggles to Meet Demand as AI Adoption Accelerates
Nvidia's latest financial results have revealed a significant gap in order fulfillment, with the company able to meet only 70% of customer demand.
The graphics processing unit (GPU) manufacturer posted revenue of $96.2bn for its second fiscal quarter of 2027, up 18% from the previous quarter and 106% from a year ago.
Nvidia's datacentre revenue reached $89bn, an 18% increase from the same quarter last year.
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang attributed the company's growth to AI reaching its 'inflection point', with demand for AI hardware accelerating.
