Nvidia's stock has been stuck in a sideways trend since the beginning of this year, only gaining around +5%.

This comes after the AI hype in 2023-2025, when investors rotated into other semiconductor stocks and left Nvidia behind.

However, the company still has strong fundamentals. In its 2026 fiscal year, Nvidia's revenue reached $21.59 billion, a 65% increase from last year.

The fourth quarter data center business saw a whopping 75% growth to $6.23 billion.

Nvidia CEO mentioned that the demand for Blackwell reasoning chips is growing at an 'exponential' rate.
